A Buying Opportunity?
The markets have taken a pounding, this might be a buying opportunity. Warren Buffett, richest man in the world, said, "you should get greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy."

I wish i had money to invest or even that i was older because now seems like a prime time to invest in a house... assuming you are not still in high school
i wish i was a bit older at this point in my life or at least out of college so i would be able to buy and manage a couple properties by myself because now seems like a perfect time to buy real estate. with the markets down so low you know that over time they will bounce back up. buy low and sell high my boys
